Dan and Alana met at a party one cold night in January of 2009 while attending college at Drexel University. Some flirting, teasing, drunken darts, and the rest is history. I would take several months however before they would actually start dating. Finally one night after a party and sharing some mozzarella cheese fries Dan would finally make the first move and leaned in for the kiss. Fast forward to post-graduation Dan would finally plan the perfect proposal. With cupcakes from their favorite bakery Pamcakes, and help from her brother Dan proposed at Rittenhouse square in Philadelphia by opening the box of cupcakes to reveal a message on the cakes "will you marry me?"
